Hard and cracked skin
Hard skin is caused by excess weight and or friction between the foot and the shoe.
Besides removing the hard skin by a special filing or with a surgery blade, care should be taken to prevent recurrence by removing the offending cause.
Applying an effective foot-cream, a frequently foot-treatment is a “must” as even washing the feet during the day especially on humid days!
One foot-treatment can’t be enough! Only after several treatments on a long base you see satisfying results with hard and especially with cracked skin.
Here under (2 photos) you see the heel of a man with. Overweight who neglected his feet for years! During the first treatment with the anamneses I explained him that he only could expect good results if he should come very often. In the beginning! His second treatment was made in 2 weeks after the first! So much work was it to treat the cracked skin; in fact it was more than two treatments. On the second photo you see the beginning amazing results only after a treatment of 30minutes! I cut the hard skin with a surgery blad and after this I practiced a special file-technique His personal responsibility should be (the most optimum results I reach only with those who do their part and I have such clients (!!): they who take care and responsibility for their feet at home!!) applying a foot-cream every day, lose weight, a foot-treatment every 4-6 weeks.
Do you also dislike going outside in the summer, dressed well and with nice open sandals but with hard, ugly looking hard skin on your heels??? Who likes this?? Also recommended to use a professional foot-file or pedi-egg at home but attention: not more than once in the two weeks because otherwise the making of hard skin will even. Be activated!!
